Hi there, We've been building some software to provide to a range of clients on Solaris 10 SPARC. Our software has a dependency on the crypto library that was introduced in update 4 (SUNWscry). We've just discovered that one of our clients is running on update 2... What are my options for getting my software which is build against the crypto library in SUNWscry to work on earlier versions? Is it remotely plausible to just drop off the /usr/lib/libcrypt_d.so.1 from a later version? I could try to create an update 2 branded zone and build my software there... Any other ideas? Thanks! S.
