SUN Fire V245 internal disk upgrade - Help Needed.

Hello Sun Managers,
I have a Single Sun V245 Server with four internal disks
(73G * 4) , Need to upgrade the disks by replacing them to a 146G disks, the
server does not have DVD ROM, and wanted to check what is the best way to
accomplish this ?
Below is the configuration details :

are my options, the Traget 2 (c0t2d0) has data and we need to move the data
when the disk upgrades
