Alphaserver ES45 -Memory Bucket full

Hi all,

We have Alphaserver ES45 (4CPU & 6GB Memory) with Tru64 Unix version
5.1B-4, which is working fine but recently when we installed some
monitoring tool "Whats Up Gold" to monitor the performance, we found
following Memory utilization is 100%.  
Top 10 Memory Utilization:
VMPAGE
ANON
FIFO
FLOCK
VMENTRY
VMMAP
VMLOCK
VMSEG
VMANON
NCALLOUT

Though this server is almost idle as it is just holding Standby
Databases but still Memory bucket is full

Please advise if I have to modify some parameters or update some
patches.
