Any recommendations for a Gigabit ethernet NIC?

I'm looking to add a gigabit NIC to an ES40 running Tru64 v5.1b.  Using
Cat5e not fiber (UTP not MMF).

Any suggestions?  Brand/Model  - General cost estimate?
