I may have taken a photo of this Hummel agave at the AZ-Sonora Desert 
Museum.  When the pics are developed I'll know!  If it is being propagated 
from seeds due to lack of offsetting ability, then of course all such plants 
will be a grex and thus exhibit much variability, if only on a certain 
theme.
