Dear Steve, I'm pretty familiar with all of the examples you mentioned... I've been considering sowing some large batches of various agave species in the hope of obtaining a few variegated seedlings that are otherwise unobtainable in the trade, such as A.bracteosa with a white center stripe: http://www.gardencomposer.com/showlarge-g.html?n424088a.jpg (disregard incorrect label on photo...) Does anyone have any experience as to what rate chance variegated seedlings occur in agaves? 1 in a thousand? 1 in 10,000??? or even less???? Sincerely, Peyton Walton __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Try FREE Yahoo!
