Here in Maine they have endured 32* before being brought in....its always a fright to see the weather forecast stating its 42* outside when the thermometer clearly says 32*....but they seem to have suffered no damage. I run them on the extreme dry side come fall specifically for that reason, and this year I finally gave away a bunch of duplicates with no names to them anymore, including all the little 3" pots of single and double leaved cuttings from broken leaves.

A few years ago I left my sansevieria plants outside in the fall a little too long. I thought it would be OK because it wasn't going to freeze - I would do it tomorrow. I did bring them in the next day to see no apparent damage. I probably never saw the damage until next Spring, I don't remember. The point is: the damage will never heal. So if we have new members who are new to sansevierias living in areas that get cold, say below 50 degrees F., especially with heavy dews, time to round 'em up and head 'em in. See 2 attached pictures.
