 It is an old story. Paclobutrazol is an antagonist of gibberellic acid, so
that a plant treated with this chemical cannot elongate its internodes.
Apparently, it has this odd effect on Sans leaves, too! You can buy it
freely on ebay or Alibaba or from any chemical store as 'Bonzi'. Another
chemical much popular (it should stimulate growth and flowering) is
Triacontanol
