I had said something about putting my ancient peyotl outside, it=20 having been indoors and under lights for about four years. I mean to put it in a shady place. my husband in trying to be=20 helpful, put it outside with all the other cactus plants IN FULL=20 BLAZING SUN. The top is all burned and crispy but the "waistline" of=20 the plants are not burned. I just took it back into the house and watered it and replaced it=20 under its usual light, which is enough to induce flowering. Mostly I want it just NOT TO CROAK. the cosmetic appearance which was=20 so PERFECT, it will, if it lives, replace that. any guesses on survival? this was an honest mistake from a person who does not know about=20 hardening off things. I have tons of other cactus growing in full blazing s= un. <sobs uncontrollably> hermine ------------------------------------ Posted by: Hermine Stover <[email protected]> ------------------------------------ ALL postings to this list are =A9 to the original writer.
