Sorry for the silence. The past months have not been easy due to the sad
fact that the global economic recession seems to have hit the WCN as well.

Despite of the financial turmoil, and the late announcement thereof, I'm
happy to let you know that capacity building seminar together with our
Annual General Meeting 09 in November will still take place here in Prague
as planned and nothing would please us more than seeing as many of you here
as possible.
