Applications to host TCC X in 2011

Dear carfree crusaders,

WCN has received one hosting proposal for the TCC X conference in 2011: this is from Ciudad para Todos in Guadalajara, Mexico (see attached). The Steering Committee now invites you to comment on the proposal by the end of April.
