Impressed there were already more than 13,000 views.

Idea: on key issues such as these, WCN would be good to offer a general
policy
document with citations to research and case histories, showing the harmful
effects and repeat failures of individual car-first policies.

Perhaps this could be a project to grow out of the new research group.
