Appel à tous ceux qui refusent la guerre menée par l'union européenne contre
les migrants et les réfugiés.

Le 6 février 2014 des centaines de migrants ont tenté une action collective
pour traverser la frontière à Ceuta (enclave espagnole au Maroc), par la
mer. La Guardia Civil espagnole, en réaction à cette tentative d'entrer sur
le territoire de l'union européenne, a tiré sur les personnes en mer à coup
de balles en caoutchouc et de gaz lacrymogène. La police marocaine, assistée
de personnes racistes, s'est jointe à cette chasse meurtrière.
Officiellement 15 personnes sont déclarées mortes, mais plus de 50 ont
disparu ! Sans compter les milliers qui depuis ont été tuées, blessées ou
repoussées illégalement de l'autre côté de la frontière.

Un an après cette journée meurtrière du 6 février - sans compter toutes
celles qui ont causé la mort et la disparition de migrants - nous appelons
les états membres de l'union européenne à respecter les droits fondamentaux
qui doivent être garantis à chacun dans le monde, et pas seulement aux
citoyens des pays occidentaux.

Nous exigeons des droits égaux et une justice égale pour tous et partout !
Nous exprimons notre solidarité avec tous les migrants qui risquent leur
vie, qui sont sans cesse amenés à traverser le désert et la mer en raison
des mesures de protection brutales adoptées par l'union européenne, mesures
exécutées par les autorités d'Afrique du nord. Pour exprimer notre
solidarité, nous appelons à des actions et à la résistance à Ceuta, Tanger,
Fnideq, Madrid, Barcelone, Düsseldorf, Berlin, London and au-delà...

Nous appelons à des actions commémorative en Europe et au Maroc, à partir du
6 février, pour condamner ces actes méprisables et meurtriers, et nous
exigeons une enquête internationale pour établir quelles sont les
responsabilités et pour traduire en justice les criminels, en particulier la
Guardia Civil espagnole.
