IMF/WB meetings to be only two days, not a week, long

This is interesting. I suspect this won't have much effect on
protesters, since it really just concentrates efforts (and the last
few days are usually weakened by arrests and jail solidarity).

It may well shorten the "news cycle" and so offer IMF/WB a greater
possibility of a propaganda win.
