Hmm. At the moment, afaict, you stand definitely refuted. No maybe about
it. And it wasn't hard, as you offered nothing but a bare assertion, and
you're clearly not an expert (e.g., not a lawyer). On the other side, we
had quotes from the constitution, citation of case law, and the opinion of
a (soon to be lawyer). What more do you want?

Where are you looking? 

I mean *are* you actually looking? I.e., browsing the web, reading
constitutional textbooks, lexis/nexus, etc.? Or are you just sitting
around, clinging to the so called "inconclusiveness" of the rebuttal due
to the alleged "partiality" of the rest of us?
