I don't understand why you're so offended.  The way I see it, there are
arguments to be made on either side (or many sides) of this issue.
Since so many in this community are clearly anti-Bush, how can you claim
to be impartial?

it. And it wasn't hard, as you offered nothing but a bare assertion, and

Where are you looking? 

I mean *are* you actually looking? I.e., browsing the web, reading
constitutional textbooks, lexis/nexus, etc.? Or are you just sitting
around, clinging to the so called "inconclusiveness" of the rebuttal due
to the alleged "partiality" of the rest of us?

Well, to be blunt, that's dumb and rude.
