Attached is an as-always good andwelcome note from friend, Jyri, of Finland=
=E2=80=93 dealing with healing hands andalso with bodily scars. (He also h=
as an assessment of Putin.)This is a brief prologue to the scardimension as=
it relates to me.Whatfollow here are excerpts from a much longer letter I =
quite recently wrote to avery knowledgeable friend, with copies to Jyri and=
two other friends. I shouldpoint out that, prior to the very friendly ET e=
ncounter in 1988, involvingmyself and John (Beba), no one in our family had=
any interest in =E2=80=9CUFOs=E2=80=9D and ETs=E2=80=93 though we did see =
all of this as quite possible.
After the 1988 encounter, ourinterest perspective changed.And, intime, it b=
ecame clear that my involvement with friendly ETs wentsignificantly back in=
to my very early personal history.And, after the 1988 encounter, there have=
been two more of these friendly encounters.
The small, essentially crescentshaped scar just above my right knee cap, br=
iefly discussed in my letter,puzzled my parents when they saw the mark. Sev=
en years old, I couldn=E2=80=99t quite explainit. Other scars have all fade=
d anddisappeared but it remains -- now, of course, in a much larger leg tha=
n that ofa seven year old.I look at it occasionally,as do family members an=
d other interested people. A few weeks ago, with mesitting under a bright l=
ight and in sports shorts, Beba, visiting here, saw iteasily from several f=
eet away.
Some time after the 1988 encounter, Iwas shown photos that displayed extrem=
ely similar scars above the knee cap ofseveral other people who had had fri=
endly ET encounters. Their marks had alloccurred around age seven or eight.=
These are seen, including by us, as theresult of DNA flesh samples taken b=
y ET scientists for future usage with the respectiveearthly folk.

This is a very brief update onmatters of strong mutual interest:myfriendly =
ET multi- encounter experiences and their continuing, beneficialmedical eff=
ects.
All of the many positivephysiological changes that followed the 1988 encoun=
ter =E2=80=93 featuring involvementwith my pituitary and thyroid and thymus=
glands -- have continued, even in thepits of my especially virulent and de=
adly version of systemic lupus that beganin 2003 and was complicated in its=
early stages by the ill-starred and botchedcolonoscopy.A couple of these p=
ositivechanges waned briefly but then, within a year or so, had bounced bac=
k to jointhe others.
As you know, my oldest son, John, whowas with me in 1988 (and also in the f=
ollow-up encounter of 1997) =E2=80=93 grew oneand a half inches following t=
he former event.At that point, he was virtually 23 and had long before atta=
ined hisnormal height.
In late 2010, it was obvious that thelupus had left.This was veryunusual.We=
withheld any public commentuntil a full round of blood tests in early May =
2011.No signs of active lupus whatsoever . . . . .
Subsequent medical tests continuedthereafter.Again, no signs of activelupus=
.The last blood tests, a few weeksago, were exhaustive =E2=80=93 five vials=
of blood.Again, no lupus.So we are nowinto my fifth year of no active lupu=
s.Every physician aware of this has seen it astruly extraordinary.
A resident physician unfamiliar withmy medical history had conjectured that=
I might =E2=80=93 might =E2=80=93 have diabetes. Thiswas based on small bl=
ood sugar spikes that had not disturbed my physician ofseven years who had =
left a very few years ago. We did not buy that diagnosisbut, in any case,th=
ese last blood testsended even that.
Furthermore the blood tests indicatethat all of my internal organs and proc=
esses are in fine shape.I certainly don=E2=80=99t look 80 by a very long sh=
ot=E2=80=93 something which recently and temporarily caused 20 minutes of p=
roblems when Iused my American Express card.That cardindicates that I have =
been a member since 1969.True, I took out the AX card at age 35.
My body once carried a number ofscars. Some were deep.Each had an interesti=
ng story.In time, since 1988, all save one faded andhave now disappeared.
The one that remains quite intact isthe small, essentially crescent shaped =
scar an inch and a half above my rightknee.I remember when I got that, age =
sevenin 1941, playing in an open field which itself had no rocks or sharp o=
bjects ofany kind.

The healing of the scars that youmention is more than interesting. Years ag=
o I heard of something similar frommy late mother=E2=80=99s alternative / f=
olk medicine enthusiast friends but without theextraterrestrial connection.=
A lot of anecdotal evidence or claims of healingold scars there that reall=
y cannot be evaluated any more. Along with my mother,one of these people, h=
owever, helped me develop =E2=80=9Cthe thing with the hands=E2=80=9D,i.e. t=
aking away pain by giving off a sensation of heat with the hands 5-10 cmfro=
m the other person. When I do it, I can get a =E2=80=9Cpins and needles=E2=
=80=9D feeling overa painful muscle or joint and the other person feels hea=
t and the pain goingaway (sometimes). Definitely something there, and I=E2=
=80=99ve helped a few people overthe years, but I don=E2=80=99t think I hav=
e enough of the gift to quit the day job. Itgoes hand in hand, however, wit=
h dowsing and I=E2=80=99m proud to say that some yearsago I actually found =
a good place for a well for a friend out in the sticks (itconfirmed the res=
ults of another dowser and I think my friend was testing bothof us). I used=
a y-shaped willow fork, which I think is common practice also inAmerica in=
these circles.
Re. our neck of the woods, Russia=E2=80=99s borderline dangerous (as always=
) but Putin is not the monster or=E2=80=9CStalin lite=E2=80=9D that is depi=
cted in much of the Western media. A tough andautocratic leader, maybe some=
thing along the lines of a South American=E2=80=9Ccaudillo=E2=80=9D. There=
=E2=80=99s too much hysteria in the discussion and often clumsyRussian prop=
aganda doesn=E2=80=99t help matters. Russia Today is worth following with a=
grain or two of salt.
