Trump, North Korea & Bonapartism

We have had debates on this list over whether the Trump administration is
exhibiting strong tendencies towards Bonapartism, which means he is
somewhat independent of the US capitalist class. No Bonapartist ruler is
totally independent of their ruling class, but what do followers of this
list make of the latest message from Trump? Does anybody doubt that the
overwhelming majority of the US capitalist class sees the Chinese
capitalism as the #1 or at least #2 rival to the U.S.? And here we have
Trump favoring the regime that is right in line with China and also Russia
- N. Korea. This is not some minor matter; it's at the heart of
geopolitics, and here Trump is favoring one of the most important allies of
China and also Russia. Does doubt that the overwhelming majority of the US
capitalist class is unhappy - to understate it - over this?
