In fact the important issue is that the physical medium in which we live
can be rearranged, more intelligently, by the presence of information. 
the decentralisation is nothing else but the consequence of the
omnipresence of productive intelligence, which begets for new arrangement
and equilibrum.
software can be copied, fish can be nourished better if they interact with
an intelligent physical support system around them
thats a big difference in procedure, but also a big match.
