Writes Mark Halperin for Times blog The Page, In one of his two latest TV spots, the Land of Lincolner gets personal, saying McCain has admitted he doesnt know how to use a computer or send an e-mail, doesnt understand the economy. Heres the problem: John McCain cannot send an e-mail, not because he hasnt bothered to learn, but because he is physically unable to do so.
