big institutional money managers and other mortgage securities buyers are now 
beginning to organize for an assault. This information comes from John

must-read for many money managers and serious investors.
This week he devotes a lot of his letter to testimony that seems to prove that 
big banks like Citigroup (C) and BAC were negligent and even willfully careless 
in underwriting subprime mortgages.
Folks, if the European banks sue, the deliberate over-subscription of mortgages 
into mortgage-backed securities (pledging the same mortgage as collateral over 
and over) has to come out. There is no way to stop it. The only way to keep the 
lid on is to buy off the European bankers by purchasing back the bad paper.

There's something huge brewing in the mortgage fraud crisis. Ellen Hodgson 
Brown, J.D. author of The Web of Debt asks in her article Homeowners' Rebellion: 
Could 62 Million Homes Be Foreclosure-Proof? if it's possible people won't need 
to pay off their mortgages after all. To put it simply, the banks have recently 
been disclosed to have technically lost the chain to millions of titles to 
properties on its ledgers. In other words, banks have lost rights to the 
promissory notes due to selling the mortgages to third parties bundled as 
securities. The third parties repackaged the mortgages and sold them again as 
derivatives on the market. This amounts to the chain of title being broken that 
millions of people don't technically owe the banks!
The same might also be true of student loans and credit cards!

Foreclosuregate Fallout: How Bad Can It Get for Wall Street?

Foreclosure fraud is ruffling a lot of feathers on Wall Street, and while the 
full scope of losses remains unclear, even major banks are now acknowledging 
that this is a multi-billion-dollar disaster, not just a set of minor paperwork 
headaches.
So how bad will it get for Wall Street? There are several disaster scenarios in 
which the housing market simply shuts down, where the potential losses for Wall 
Street are simply incalculable. But even situations that do not directly rip 
apart the basic functioning of the mortgage system could be enough to shut down 
one or more big banks, creating serious trouble for the financial system, and a 
major test of the recent Wall Street reform bill.
This is a limited hangout, and like the rest of the propaganda focuses entirely 
on the foreclosures while assuring us all that the core of the financial system 
remains sound. But that is, of course, nonsense. The foreclosures are a symptom, 
an after-effect, proceeding from the true cause of the disaster which is the 
over-subscribing of the mortgage-backed securities!

’Child cancer skyrocketing in Basra’

"Basra’s childhood leukemia rates compare unfavorably to those of neighboring 
Kuwait and nearby Oman, as well as the US and the European Union and other 
countries," said a study conducted by the University of Washington in Seattle, 
which documented the increase in the cancer rate in Basra.
A suspected source of the afflictions is the depleted uranium (DU) used by the 
invading forces.
It is reported that the United States and Britain used up to 2,000 tons of DU

Patients' anger after they are unable to opt out of swine flu vaccine despite 
fears of side effects

Patients' groups have expressed anger over this year's seasonal flu jab 
programme because people are unable to opt out of having the swine flu vaccine.
The H1N1 vaccine will be the dominant of three flu strains included in the shot, 
meaning millions of elderly and vulnerable patients will get it automatically.
Yet many people refused to have the swine flu vaccine when it was offered last 
year because of fears it may cause serious side effects.
The Mail on Sunday revealed last week that Government experts are examining a 
possible association between the H1N1 swine flu jab and the paralysing nerve 
disease Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

This is all about drug company profits, and has nothing to do with patient 
wellness.

British health care recipients have every right to be skeptical about the safety 
of these jabs, and in light of the above information, I don't blame them at all.

Foreclosure Mess Scares Away Investors as 'Fear Has Taken Hold'

Investors who have been snapping up foreclosed homes are backing off in the wake 
of the U.S. foreclosure fiasco, driven off by sagging inventory and fears over 
legal title. Some economists say the trend could hurt the overall housing 
market.
The financial media is staying away from the third rail on this story, which is 
that the main players in this fiasco over-subscribed those mortgage-backed 
securities. What that means is simple. The same mortgages were pledged as 
collateral on multiple investment bundles. So even if a home is paid off to one 
lender, there may be others out there who also think they have a clear title to 
the property! This is why investors are steering clear of foreclosed homes and 
why the executives at the main players like Countrywide/BofA, Bear Sterns, 
Goldman Sachs, etc. et. al. are looking at major jail time.

Controversy surrounds Widlak case

The most notable individual taking a hit in public opinion is Macomb County 
Medical Examiner Dr. Daniel Spitz.
It was Spitz who conducted the initial autopsy on Widlak and found no physical 
trauma to the body. That sparked speculation that the banker may have taken his 
own life by walking into the lake and drowning.
But a second autopsy, commissioned by Widlak’s family, found he died from an 
“execution style” gunshot wound to the back of the head.

Quadruple-dose seasonal flu "super" vaccine now being aggressively pushed onto 
senior citizens

What's especially entertaining about all this is that the FDA's approval of this 
quadruple potency vaccine is a blatant admission that single-dose vaccines just 
don't work! Obviously, if the single-dose vaccine was working as advertised, 
then it would be 100% effective and there would be no need for a double, triple 
or quadruple-dose vaccine. But all of a sudden, now that the quadruple-dose 
vaccine is available, the regular single-dose vaccine "isn't good enough."
...
Of course, flu shots have never been about what works in the first place. 
They're about what makes the most money. This new quadruple flu shot is being 
sold at about twice the price of a regular flu shot.

Aaand the touch-screen voting machines continue to flip votes during the early 
voting period. Right on schedule. Just as always. But, for the second time this 
week we have the unusual occurrence of votes reportedly flipping away from the 
GOP.
Yesterday our report was of a touch-screen in Dallas, TX, caught on video 
flipping an attempted vote for Republican Gov. Rick Perry to straight-ticket 
Green Party selections in Dallas, TX.
Tyson also went on to report there were long lines reported as voters waited to 
use the two touch-screen voting machines available at one location (paper 
ballots don't cause that problem) and, even more disturbingly, "machines 
reporting 250 ballots cast where 400 voters had signed in to vote."

'Politics overshadowing racism'

Several prominent Jewish leaders in the United States have spoken up against 
what they called "the growing atmosphere of racism in Israel," as apparent from 
the controversial loyalty oath bill and the polemic over the possible 
deportation of foreign workers' children.
Said leaders were especially irked by a recent statement made by Shas' spiritual 
leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, who said that "the Goyim's (non-Jews) sole reason for 
existing is to serve Jews."
This is more about American Jewish leaders' embarrassment over the public
