Dear friend,

I am reaching  out to you, someone who has a proven record of standing up 
for  common sense principles, to make a difference in one of the  most 
importance Senate races in the country.  In the  remaining 6 days before the 
election, I am counting on your  support to defeat Kirsten Gillibrand and bring 
real solutions  to Washington and a new level of federal accountability to 
the  people.

Small businesses in New York need a  Senator who will fight for them, not 
against them.   Gillibrand has raised taxes, dug America deeper into debt, 
and  jeopardized the American dream.  She has flip-flopped on  issues that 
matter to New Yorkers simply because her party's  leadership told her to change 
her positions.  I will go  to Capitol Hill and tell legislators what New 
York wants them  to hear, not what Washington would prefer to  hear.

Gillibrand's so-called job-creation plan  spent money we don't have and 
borrowed from countries that  don't share our values.  She added to the 
national debt,  justifying the expenditures by saying they would create  jobs.  
They didn't.  Her new jobs plan is made up of  rehashed legislation - 40 
percent of which she didn't support  when it was first introduced!  I have a 
better plan - a  plan that will reduce spending, balance the budget, and  
safeguard the American dream.

Last week the  Democratic leadership upped the ante by coming to New York 
to  raise money. It’s obvious that they are desperate, because  they realize 
that so many people are upset about a  dysfunctional, one-party system in  
Washington.

With only 6 days until Election Day,  I am counting on your support to 
ensure that I am able to  share my record of independent thinking and fiscal
