Ditet  e protestave anti- NATO-s ne Çikago protestuesit anarkiste dhe 
aktivistet te  majte nga e gjithe bota perleshen policine

CHICAGO  - ILLINOI:  Tensionet u rriten midis protestuesve dhe policise ne 
rruget kryesore ne prag te  Samitit te NATO-s Çikagos gjate nje marshimi "te 
ashper" qe dukej me shume si  nje prove e vullnetit ne te dyja anet, 
policise se pergatitur dhe protestuesve  "te ashpersuar". 
Zedhensi  i Policise se Çikagos, Supt. Garry McCarthy, u tha gazetarve se 
gjashte vete u  arrestuan gjate protestave te djeshme, e cila paralajmeroje 
sipas tij se  "protestuesit do te jene keto dite edhe me "rrezikshem", duke 
mos perjashtur  dhunen. Policia, tha ai ka marre te gjitha masat, :" duke 
ngritur barrikada me  mjetet te forta, ndersa jane rritur patrullimet per rreth 
qendres ku mbahet  Samiti, me squadrat e policive me kuaj dhe atyre me 
biçikleta, dhe automjetet te  tjera te motorizuara, qe jane shume te 
manovrueshme per te deportuar ne mesin e  turmave, per t'i shperndar ato." Ne u kemi 
bere thirrje vazhdimisht protestuesve  nepermjet autoporlanteve "te mos thyejn 
barrikadat dhe rregullat e protestes  sepse policia do te nderhyje duke 
perdorur te gjitha mjettet e saj por edhe  forcen", theksoi policia.  

Protestat  nisen dje teksa ne nje moment nje furgon i policise ne nje 
perpjekje per te  shperndare turmen, pasi u fute ne mes te saj, u tentua te 
permbysej ne mes te  sheshit Jackson. Nje protestues u hodh ne frontin e 
furgonit, duke çuar ne nje  nga imazhet me te "galvanizuara" te protestave te 
planifikuara deri  tani. 

Njeriu  qe u hodhe dje para nje furgoni policie ne shenje proteste, duke u 
mbuluar ne  "gjake", dhe ndodhet ne gjendje te rende, eshte identifikuar si 
Jack Amico, 24  vjeç, nga Staten Island, New York, tha policia. Miqte e 
Amicos, thane se ai  eshte marre me vone larg syve te gazetarve me nje 
ambulance, e cila e dergoi ne  Spitalin Northwestern Memorial per trajtim. E 
dashura,e Amicos, Lauren DiGioia,  tha se ai "eshte goditur nga policia dhe jo sipas 
saj eshte hedhur ai para  furgonit", mirepo, nuk ka ende raporte te 
pavarura t'a vertetojne kete incident  te rende. 
Raporte  te ndryshme mbi kete incident pohoine se protestuesit kan goditur 
me pare  forgonin e policise dhe kan tentuar t'a permbysin ate, ose qe 
protestuesit u  perpoqen per te formuar nje zinxhir njerezor per te parandaluar 
levizinjen e  policise. 
Protestuesit  me vone marshuan "dhuneshem" me nje marshim te planifikuar, 
prane memorialit  Haymarket ne zonen Perendimore, duke hedhur sllogane, dhe 
mbajtur parrulla  anti-kapitaliste e anti Natos. Nderkohe, qe ata mbanin ne 
duar pos shume  parrullave anti qeveritare, edhe flamurin e kuq me draper e 
çekan ngjyre te  verdhe, flamuj me portretet e idhujve te marksizem 
leninizmit, portretin e Che  Guevaras, i cili ka qene nje figure e shquar komuniste 
ne Revolucionin Kuban,  dhe me pas nje udheheqes guerile ne Ameriken e Jugut, 
i cili u egzekutua ne  Boliivi.  
Shtypi  amerikan njofton sot se ne Çikago po rriten me shpejtesi prirjet e 
protestes te  lidhura me samitin e NATO-s, qe po mbahet ne kete qytet nga 
data 20-21 maj. Ne  Çikagi jane mbledhur sipas policise amerikane, aktivistet 
e levizjeve anarkiste,  nga e gjithe bota, se bashku me grupe te partive te 
majta,socialistet te cilet  po drejtohen nga qindra anetare te levizjes 
anti-kapitaliste “Occupy” qe ka  shperthyer ne New York , nje vite me pare. 
Vala  e pare e aktivisteve te ketyre grupeve - nga e ashtuquajtura levizje “
Te  pushtojme Wall Street”, nga Nju Jorku, ku eshte dhe qendra e saj - 
tashme kan  mberritur ne Çikago. Shtypi amerikan thote se autobuset dhe trenat 
me protestues  nga Los Angeles, Washington, Portland dhe qytete te tjera te 
medha amerikane,  jane ndaluar nga polica, e cila ka ushtruara kontrolle te 
"rrepta" me qene anti  ekspolizive.  
Polica  thote se ka "pergatitur planin e saj" per te "pritur" dhjetramije 
protestues nga  e gjithe Amerika, por edhe nga ata qe kan ardhur nga vende te 
ndryshme te botes.  Mbasi sipas saj :"perveç anetareve te levizjes “Occupy 
- Te pushtojme Wall  Street”, ne Chicago kan ardhur edhe perfaqesues te 
organizatave dhe partive te  majta te tjera, socialistet nga Europa, Amerika e 
Jugut, dhe Azia e Afrika.   
Aksionin  e tyre te protestes po e pergatisin dhe anetaret e te 
ashtuquajturit Koalicion  kunder NATO-s, "G-8"-s, luftes dhe varferise, e cila eshte 
nje levizje marksist  leniniste, e krijuar qysh ne kohen e Luftes se Ftohte 
nga ish vendet e kampit  socialist ne Euopen Juglindore. 
Protestat  nisen javen e kaluar kur protestuesit okupuan godinen ne te 
cilen ndodhet shtabi  parazgjedhor i Barack Obama. Policia arrestoi 8 persona. 
Te marten aksioni u  mbajt prane nderteses se gjykates se Larte, ku u 
arrestuan edhe 4 veta. Diten e  merkure me shume se 150 demonstrues marshuan permes 
qytetit por policia nuk  nderyri "dhuneshem" megjithse i rrethoi ata duke i 
izoluar nga  njerezit. 
Lidhur  me arrestimet e javes se kaluar , polica tha sot se dy burra nga 
Çikago  po perballen  me seancat  gjyqesore te  dielen ne lidhje  me nje  
hetim te  vazhdueshem te protestuesve  per Samitin e NATO-s, nderkohe qe tre 
burra  te tjere  jane ne burg mbi akuza  per terrorizmin.

Ata  jane Sebastian Senakiewicz,  24 vjeç, dhe Mark Neiweem,  28 vjeç, tha 
nje zedhenese per  Departamentin e Policise  se Çikagos.

Senakiewicz u  arrestua te enjten dhe eshte  i ngarkuar  se  ka bere nje  
kercenim terrorist. Neiweem, arrestohet  gjithashtu  te enjten,  dhe eshte  
akuzuar per  posedim te  eksploziveve ne  tentative ose pajisje ndezese  tha 
nje zedhenese per Departamentin e Policise se Çikagos.

Ne  nje hetim te  veçante, u arrestuan edhe Brian Vincent Betterly,  24 
vjeç, nga Oakland Park, Florida, Jared Chase,  27vjeç, nga Keene,  New 
Hampshire , dhe Brian Kisha,  22 vjeç, e Fort  Lauderdale, Florida,  te cilet u  
akuzuan per terrorizmin.

Ata  jane te  akuzuar per komplotin ne  seline fushates ne  Çikago,  te 
Presidentit Obama, ne shtepin dhe zyren e kryebashkiakut te Çikagos Rahm  
Emanuel,  dhe akuzave per te sulmuar stacionet dhe  makinat e skuadrve  te 
policise. 
Disa  nga drejtuesit e strukturave te policise, dhe instiucioneve 
qeveritare qe merren  me organizmin e Samititi te Natos, ne Chicago, thuhet se kan 
urdheruar vartesit  e tyre te ndryshojne kostumet zyrtare, dhe te heqin nga 
"qafa" Karten e  Indetitetit, duke e zvendesuar ato me veshje te perditshme, 
qe kur te ecin neper  rruge mes turmes te mos ngjallin zemerimin e 
protestuesve, dhe te merret prej  tyre si provokim. 
Ngjarjet  kryesore filluan sot me 19 maj, me takimin e 50 liderve nga e 
gjithe bota ndersa  marshimi me masiv i planifikuar nisi po sot diten e diele. 
Policet  jane pergatitur per te perballuar protestat e ketyre grupeve 
anarkiste per  Samitin e Çikagos gjate gjithe vitit. Komanda e Mbrojtjes Ajrore e 
Kozmike te  Amerikes se Veriut (NORAD) zhvilloje te premten nje stervitje 
demostruese ne  shkalle te gjere ne te gjithe hapesiren ajrore mbi qytet. 
Ne  stervitjet ushtarake, detyra kryesore e te cilave eshte perpunimi i 
veprimeve  per garantimin e sigurise se forumit, ne keto demostrime sipas 
shtypit amerikan  thuhet se jane te perfshire perveç NORAD, dhe forcat e 
Sherbimit Sekret, Gardes  Kombetare dhe Rojes Bregdetare, si dhe perfaqesues te 
Dikasterit Federal te  Aviacionit Civil dhe Qendres se Bashkuar Operacionale te 
NATO-s, te hapur  posaçerisht per zhvillimin e Samitit te Chicagos. 
Ne  manovrat ne fjale do te marrin pjese edhe avione dhe helikoptere civile 
ashtu  dhe ushtarake. Gjate Samitit mbi nje pjese te hapesires ajrore te 
Çikagos do te  shpallet zona e ndaluar per fluturime, regjimin e se ciles do 
ta garantojne disa  avione te Forcave Ushtarake Ajrore. Policia e Çikagos ka 
marre masa te larta  sigurie ne te gjithe qytetin e Chicagos i cili ka nje
