  Dear Friends:


  Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, striding across first avenue, a wave of Albanian flags, banners and ballons, descended on us like the cavelry. As we all turned, smiles distorted our faces and like children we all erupted with cheers and applause. The energy uplifted everyone there and we all relaxed knowing a great day was in our midst. It is a scene I will always cherish and remember.


  Thank you all for your contributions and congratulations on a job well done. The Boston Albanian community contijnues to thrive and raise the bar for all of us.
