Yes - or a pedestrian farm vehicle Delivery truck pulled over to the side Mail truck pulled over to the side Gardener's truck and trailer pulled over to the side Cop and motorist pulled over to the side Broken down vehicle pulled over to the side (Around here, the two lane roads mostly have no shoulder, so pulled over to the side means taking up most of the right hand lane). horseback rider really wide farm vehicle (two lanes wide) coming the other direction on a two lane road narrow bridge I've encountered all of the above, and so far as I know they are all legal - in fact some of roads have signs saying "speed limit 25 mph when horses are present" And another thing that bothers me - how come we're blamed for slowing down the cars.
