On my Canada trip in 2008 one of the guys had an Ortlieb (I think) brand of kitchen sink. I borrowed it frequently to take a bath out of. We also used it to carry water. I can't remember actually using it to do dishes. :) Something about food smells in our gear . . . The sink was very convenient on that trip where we frequently camped at BLM type campgrounds. If I were doing a 'rough' camping trip, I would consider taking a sink. Some people also use a water storage bladder, or strong Ziplock bag for the same purposes. I think it would be handy to do laundry . . .
