I am mainly a Canon guy but I also have a Nikon L22 which meets your
criteria.  I am satisfied with it but I do notice shutter lag.  For still
scenes it makes little difference but if you hope to capture action I do not
recommend.

This camera is being discontinued and is available at a pretty good price
for these features.  In Feb and March there will be new Canon, Nikon and
Panasonic models available.

The feature that is hardest to find that you mentioned is the use of AA
batteries.  Even the inexpensive models these days mostly use proprietary
batteries.  Like you, I do not want a proprietary battery in a camera that I
take on the bike and on tours.  Good luck,
