Chuck, I like the way Andy says it not set in stone, but then contradicts himself by saying that the driver is basically assumed guilty as charged until proven otherwise. I thought our system was based on the assumption of innocence until proven guilty.Throw that part of our justice system aside and we might as live in a dictatorship. I realize this might be overstating the issue, but so is Andy's point of view a dangerous one. All I hope is that Andy is never the driver who unexpectedly injures someone in an accident and is taken to jail in handcuffs by an arresting officer as a proposed felon.
