********** ATTENTION: The touring list has moved from bikelist.org to Google Groups. You must resubscribe to the list to continue to get list emails. You can join the new list by going to: http://groups.google.com/group/bicycletouring OR by sending email to bicycletouring+subscribe-/[email protected] The touring list will no longer operate on bikelist.org by the end of this week. ********** Fran, A few observations that may help. Generally speaking when you send to a Google list, you as the sender don't get a copy of what you sent, they figure that you already know what you sent so why waste the bandwidth. I know that I found all the test emails yesterday rather annoying, my preference is to wait until I have something to say and then figure out if the system is working, but for me it's a nice to have rather than a must have or life and death importance newsgroup. Other things to consider: Are you sending from the same email account that you registered into the Google Group with? Many of us have multiple email accounts and after a while we forget that they are different. Time to go ride in the snow ;-) Saul > Message: 2 > Date: Tue, 22 Feb 2011 18:35:08 -0500 (EST) > From: [email protected] > Subject: I am so dumb > To: [email protected] > Message-ID: <8CDA1004655E954-1F28-20B4D-n3SY6/[email protected]> > Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" > > I can't figure how to send mail or access the list.
