i knew you'd ask that... cause i nicked (err, sorry, that should be 
borrowed on long term basis!) from work, it came out of our maintenance 
stores and i have no idea what we use it for!!!

i have still got some, but unfortunately it been pack for a move (along 
with every fecking thing else... argh!) if you can hang fire for a couple 
of weeks i can dig it out when i'm unpacking?

if you need it in a hurry then i think most industrial rubber will be 
petrol proof.
