Sadly either they believe it or they're just so cynical that they write lies
and trust to the gullibility of the general public.

If I get one of these and a broquet fuel catalyst will I get 20% saving in
fuel?  If I also fit splitfire spark plugs, splitfire double plug leads, one
of those spark plug gap washer things and a tin spiral in the air filter and
a ecotek (lean the engine off til it dets) etc etc then I reckon I can get
110% fuel saving and go into business selling fuel!!!
