Plan for the moment is that I'm waiting for a "new" gearbox to make its 
way over here from Alex Wong, together with the flywheel. I'm hoping to 
get the old box out and the new one in, in time to get some miles on it 
before the snow calls a close to the season here. The box should be on its 
way this week.

Obviously when the box comes out I'll be measuring things up and seeing 
what room is in there exactly.

Then when the snow does fall it can all come out again for a rebuild 
during the winter.
