The "Swindon" VX people?

Hi,

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but I have never contacted the people I 
have heard referred to as "Swindon" in the VX context.

Is it these people?

Their web site is fairly bland wrt what they do exactly......I was looking 
for info on a part that they sell for the VX. From the site I can't see 
that these guys even make stuff for the VX at all...

Is it them?
