(also pro grips). I found them pretty sqooshy. I got them in black, but
the texture is easier to see in the red one I linked to. They had to be
trimmed a bit (not a big deal). I'd check them out locally first, rather
than just buy them online so you can see what I mean by "sqooshy".

I think I used contact cleaner, or rubbing alcohol or something to put
them on, but no glue or anything.
I had to file down the "ridges" on the grip sleeves, which you'd have to
do for any non-SV OEM grip anyway.

I added Pro Grip Gel's without a hitch.  No grinding no nothing.  They are
the 719's from here http://www.progrip.com/default.asp?tip=3&ite=gri#top

They work good, don't melt with grip heaters (had them on my sleds) but not
on the SV with heaters.

I put them on with hair spray and that's it.  Once they set up, they haven't
moved an inch.  But set up time is crucial.  Takes a little over 12 hours in
moderate temps, more in low temps.  The instructions say to NOT use grip
glue.
