Run-off is definitely an issue at NHIS but I would say that with the exception of turn 9 I didn't even think of it. Here's the Star School website where you can get a good idea of NHIS--I think this is Craig McClean-- he's not as fast as Jason Pridmore around here, nor as smooth, but he's pretty darn fast (then again there aren't many people smoother or faster than JP he's top ten in AMA superbike in my book). http://www.starmotorcycle.com/photo.htm The NHIS Video is in the lower right part of the webpage. I rode their SVS on my second day and that's why I got my 2000 SV. I was basically hooked at that point. I asked Jason about the runoff and he kind of shrugged and said there were some pretty sketchy places but that racing was racing and there are more dangerous tracks than this--he did say however that he was glad he didn't ever crash there (at least in the sketchy places) but he saw a couple bad ones. FWIW only a couple people crashed that day and no one got even close to being hurt. My buddy Lou got run off the track by an instructor (out of carelessesness by the instructor) unfortunately. Star School stepped up and made it right. Matt '99 VFR 2000 SV650 Nekkid' Matthew D. Roth 3257 Tayloe Ct.
