Thats the most information I have able to find on the subject..

Phoenix PD is currently migrating to the 800 MHz APCO-25 Digital 
(9600-baud) Motorola Smartzone trunked radio system.

I guess the magic question is, will that card work with this system?

after reading this, I am guessing it will not work.

If you have come here to find out about the 250D you have come to the right place! In fact the discussion of the BC-250D and how it works is the only acceptable topic on this list. Any discussion about anything other than the BC-250D is OFF TOPIC. I hope this is clear to all group members..
