Try Amateur Electronics Supply (AES). Last I saw in their "demo" stuff for 
sale they had a BCi25 digital card for the BC-250D or 785D I'd suggest calling 
to confirm.

FYI, this is NOT compatible with the BC296 or 796 (which were sold with the 
card only).
