I think that 15 pin your looking at is VGA, Serial are usually 9 0r 25
pin. Your choices are to use a USB2Serial adapter or buy a card with
extra ports. I use both for various radios and both work. Sometimes
you may need to experiment with USB2Serial driver & adapter setups.
