 Try to load it manually. It's a pain in the ass but it might help you determine if there is a defect in the scanner. Once you put the freq. in, make sure it's the proper trunk system and then load the tg in manually.

I have reloaded it several times.  As far as I can tell it is set up
as a trunking bank but it is acting like it is not.  How do I set a
bank as a trunking bank or check it, either from the radio or arc250?

Not sure if I have a tag list.  I have tags entered into tag banks and
assigned names.  Is that the tag list, or is there a tag list that

Yes, I do see the signal strength, and is typically full strength.

place! In fact the discussion of the BC-250D and how it works is the only 
acceptable topic on this list. Any discussion about anything other than the
