Try to load it manually. It's a pain in the ass but it might help you determine if there is a defect in the scanner. Once you put the freq. in, make sure it's the proper trunk system and then load the tg in manually. As far as I can tell it is set up as a trunking bank but it is acting like it is not. How do I set a bank as a trunking bank or check it, either from the radio or arc250? I figured that if I set the trunking system and associated parameters, then that told it that this is a trunking bank. Not sure if I have a tag list. I have tags entered into tag banks and assigned names. Is that the tag list, or is there a tag list that lists the tag banks? I'm confused on this part. Thanks! Yes, I do see the signal strength, and is typically full strength. --- In [email protected], llpix@... wrote: > > > I would set up the bank again and this time, program it as a trunked bank as opposed to conventional. > ?next, from menu I would hit option 3 and enter my tg list and tag them as well. > Of course, hit "done" when finished. > When you turn the scanner on, it should just scan and be able to work fine for you.? In fact the discussion of the BC-250D and how it works is the only acceptable topic on this list. Any discussion about anything other than the BC-250D is OFF TOPIC. I hope this is clear to all group members..Yahoo! Groups Links [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
