Well Clark, got the USB to 239 adaptor and have hooked it up to the BC250D.. using the Arc software.. will not recognize the scanner so I can program... any suggestions. I tried all of the ports and used the auto detect all to no avail. THanks

      That 15 pin connector is not a serial port, it's for a monitor.

If you have the serial cable that came with BCD 250 go here for an adapter 

USB cable.
