PC record and noise problems

Hi,

First, sorry about my english, I'll try to do my best.

I use a scan rec program in my Sony Vaio and an audio wire to record things 
that I recive with the R2.
I use the stock antena, but once I plug de audio wire in the R2, most of 
what I listen to became full of noice.
Is there a tip to record clear conversations in a PC?
