The stock antenna screws down and stops on the case. The other antennas with sma connector can be over tightened and it will drive the center pin down. He told me to put a washer under the new antenna and that would help. I went down to the Orchard Supply hardware and they had a good selection of rubber washers that fit perfectly on the antenna.
