David, The same thing happened to me when I used the RT Systems software. RT's software only uses the USA Bandplan and will overwrite the European Bandplan. I purchased Grommerts software "ARC2" and all my "extra" frequency ranges were restored. I had written to RT Systems and they acknowledged that their software will not write or scan the forbidden bands.
