Hi Bob
I am not sure how often the speacker jack was used. I have read the
scanner and it appears like the person before me entered everthing
manually. I only have this a few weeks and I am not sure of its
history. I will get some contact cleaner and try that then.
Also Mark suggested cleaning the touch pads. I will try spraying
that also.
Would or could I get into too much trouble taking it a part to see
if the contacts are bent or if there is dirt behind the pads.
I have contacted an Icom dealer about servicing it, and they
suggested contacting IcomAmerica
Thank you
Bruce
