Hey Bob,

I'm trying to get tk2 to work in linux. I've installed the most recent
tcl/tk, downloaded tk2 v0.9, and followed the instructions on your page.
The program starts up, asks for the serial port, but when I read from
the radio it just hangs, the radio display never says CL OUT. My serial
port is on ttyS0 (dmesg says: ttyS0 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A).
I've double checked the write permissions on ttyS0, they're correct. I'm
kind of new to linux so perhaps I'm missing something obvious. It works
fine in windows. I suspect it may be an issue with my serial port and
not your software but I was wondering if you might have any suggestions.

Thanks,

Thor
