I can not comment on Travel Plus personally, however google doesnt think 
there is anything to do with radio/scanners associated with the first 
handful of links returned on search:
travel plus scanner

I can however recommend (too late) http://www.kc8unj.com/index.html r2 
commander.

And for gathering frequencies I use RadioReference.com

I am not aware at this time of automated software for the R@ versus 
radioreference
