below 495 khz

Has anybody managed to hear say aviation non-directional beacons (NDB)
at say 340 khz, even though the manual says 495 khz is the minimum the
R2 can go?

Of course this is only possible by a computer program.  Twisting the
black knob will not get you so low on its own.

For 10khz step models, 000300 would seem the right string to upload
into memory, but how about 9khz step models?
