Scanner is Locked Up

I am experiencing a problem that I have never seen before with my scanner.  When I turn it on the channel number indicator and the key lock icon flash simultaneously and nothing that I have tried will get it to release.  The scanner will then lock on the first channel that it receives traffic on and will not release from that channel.
 
I know that there is a combination of keys that can be pressed to reset the scanner, but I just can't remember what that combination of keys is.  I am willing to reprogram all the channels I have in the scanner to get it to reset if necessary.
 
Please advise.
