It's been a frustrating day to say the least. A most of you predicted, many of the busy channels have been encrypted. As you know, the cost of a new digital scanner is a small investment. Is it worth upgrading to a Pro 96/the Uniden BCD396 or is scanning as we know (and love) it come to a screeching halt?
