I've not played with my BC245XLT for a long time either. When you hit scan, does it show 'TRUNK' to on the display? Also, are the proper channel banks active as noted by the bar underneath the bank number? Also, the id banks need to be active. I know I'm stating the obvious but it seems I'm always mucking "the obvious" up. ;D On Wed, Dec 31, 2008 at 11:02 AM, ME <[email protected]> wrote: > --- In [email protected], Chuck44@... wrote: > > > > There might be a firmware update, but that wouldn't be the cause of > your problem. > > Have you ever had success at scanning trunked systems? > > If so, this system may have changed. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles.
